Actor, Joe E. Brown and actress Ginger Rogers in the 1932 film The Tenderfoot. As you can see Brown is wearing a band around his cowboy hat that has a swastika. This being a Native American involved film, it comes to no surprise. It seems that the swastika was seeing its height in popularity during the decade of the thirties.
