works well until 0900 and then net starts slowing until its so slow that options dont come through

the west coast cable was down a week ago and they said sat the cable is fixed but up til now still the same

I tried using Tor BROWSER it works perfect but keeps putting child porn animation videos on and then 8 kun blocked it what to do now
