That's in Manhattan, in front of NYU Langone Hospital, looks like the Tisch hospital at 550 First Ave. between 30th St. to 32nd St. (used to be called NYU Medical Center)
There's a Fire Station 1 block over.
I live in that neighborhood.
*For the past week, They've been making this racket every day at 7 pm.
At first I thought people were having a loud party, but after a couple days I realized they were making noise to show solidarity, like those people lock-downed in Wuhan who would sing on their apt. balconies to cheer each other up.
This video shows that it's a PR thing done by the nurses. They obviously have a lot of time on their hands.
