Pharma detail rep brought a shit ton of crystal light and gum balls loaded with aspartame. I grabbed some and ingested. First time in my life I ever had migraine and felt really sick. I knew then that stuff was bad. I’ve stayed away from it ever since. I’ve tried to convince those I care about to not use it. One is morbidly obese and other one died. That stuff is poison.
