It's strange, but over the last few days, I encountered this expression "Light at the end of the tunnel" in numerous places, not expecting it at all. Browsed a few German news sites today and here again "Licht am Ende des Tunnels". It's probably a coincidence, not an uuncommon expression. But I found it strange to have this spring up so often now.
