ok all you conspiracy theorists out there, think about this.

Its 3 parts so follow along.

China's air quality took 2 months after the lockdown in January to clean up and show visible signs from space. California took 5 days. to go from orange to green, but its been steady green and the best quality air we have seen in Southern Ca in 80 years. Why did it take china's air that long to clean up?

It took China 2 months to call a lockdown for the Wuhan virus. It took California 1 week after the first infection, and California is still seeing rapid infection rates with the stay at home order. I estimate China had a 50% infection rate. If China had a 50% infection rate that would mean 693,000,000 were infected and with a 3% death rate. That would mean 20,790,000 people died. Is that possible without anyone knowing?

From the time period of November 15 and march 30th. 21 million cellphones have also not been turned on for at least 14 days. In China that is unheard of, because a cellphone is used by everyone for everything from paying rent, to banking, to use of public transportation and buying groceries. How could 21 million cellphones just suddenly stop being used?

I think all three questions have the same answer. 21 million people died, and their cellphones have not been turned on, because they are all password protected, and they burned the bodies so the air quality took 2 months to get better in china. And the Chinese government is preventing this news to get out.

Anyone have another theory?

I heard the 21 million account number too - various outlets. But, I can't find any data on them being turned back on or what the outcome was? Do you have further data you've dug up?

there has not been any outcome. the excuse that they are backup cellphones is ridiculous. If you look at the number of cellphones in china it is near the population level already slightly under, unlike america where there are a few million overage. I am to tired to do a search for the actual numbers but I did it a few days ago. The real question is how a VERY LARGE shipment of urns just arrived in Wuhan. Each day for the past week, 2500 urns have arrived in Wuhan. That is a lot, the question is how many were just dumped into pits.
