There is good digging in both places. The problem being pointed out is a genuine one - people on twitter can make a sensational claims either on their own, tacked onto something anons find or, tacked onto something from another twitterfag. The cRaZy stuff is what 'sticks' (is picked up in the hit pieces and used as a blanket over all Q community, unfairly. That is separate but related to crazy shit that gets posted here and also gets published as if all anons/normalfags who pay attention to Q believe JFK Jr is alive (etc.).
That's not to say there are no good diggers on twitter or here.

Also, if Birx does not have a current valid license to practice medicine, she could not care for that child as a patient anyway. As a grandmother, she could do what an educated family member would do, but she could not order tests or procedures etc.
