I'm kind of new at making decodes myself. This is not a criticism, it's an idea for help. I hate trying to draw lines so I drop it in paint- it looks like you are able to type on your photo, I'm unsure if you are familiar with using shapes in paint ?? and offer this as help. Pick a shape from the menu, pick a spot on your object and drag it out. Easy Peasy

I believe there are tunnels under Central Park. IDK if there are kids in them, but I would not put it past them. There are a lot of clues around Central Park. For example, Alice in Wonderland Statute is directly across the street from where scene 3 of the Godfather III was filmed (as was St. Patrick's Cathedral- who give tours of their Catacombs, meaning underground). There is an old Q line subway under Central Park specifically. Wonderland is Central Park/NYC.
