I can't stop myself. Anons - don't argue with bakers about notables. Give them benefit of the doubt a few times. You have no idea if the bakery is burning down or a ddos started or CM is bringing a new package online. Treat the baker like a smartphone. don't throw it around or try to break it. Bakers are the glue. You don't go trying to unglue things.

Since I got that nasty comment I'm dedicating my love, respect and enduring commitment to making Bakers understand how much I appreciate them. Bakers you do everything short of lowering our blinds during the afternoon sun. I appreciate and pray for you. You do what you do as a Patriot and not as an employee.

Bakers:

 

  • lurk

  • learn all the lingo

  • learn technically how the process of 'baking' works

  • learns and works with others how to bake, restart oven make dough, bake over and over

  • deal with notables and settle up/down inclusions/exclusions

  • Bakers by virtue of baking have a lot invested and have a shitload of stuff going on for 751 posts that fire like a gatlin.

Lord give us pause to lift up our operators in harm's way. Protect them with the supernatural forces that the holy spirit can afford God's servants.
