>Not a judgement, just an observation

Pretty straightforward, so those who interpret differently reflects on them, and them alone.

The one intelligent and sane response. I think you might be onto something there.

Yes, I am. Judicial and conscious use for the good is one thing and is truly wonderful. The problem though is the involuntary influence from outside. The article linked lb was just to alert anons to the two linked concepts: Gates' concept/intention and the US Army War College article acknowledging the ability to influence a target's brain to act in a way that is unnatural and out-of-character (and potentially violent, illegal or resulting in crime or death of the target or someone else, i.e., assassination).

The two concepts are not far off as they concern the root issue - the brain can be manipulated via external means without the individual's consent or even knowledge, which is reprehensible and should be known and understood by more people than do today.

>knowing this, one has the capacity to alter their lifestyle if necessary, to prevent this.

I understand one can avoid mobile phones and therapists and RX, but the article involved nothing of that. The US Army War College article was about how the brain can be influenced with none of those things. Unfortunately, there is no lifestyle decisions can obviate what exist as technical capabilities, even eliminating the items above. That is what makes it important and something to consider.

Dr. Nick Begich mentioned that some US MIL in Iraq were issued lead-lined helmets while setting up an array on rooftops triangulated around the famous scene of the Iraqis pulling down that statue of Saddam Hussein.

I guess that's pretty inventive, but also heavy and unwieldy.

From other experiments, frequencies going into the body (in other places than to skull) with respect to deaf people are also effective. I don't fancy a lead lined jumpsuit, so I guess somebody's got to invent something else kek

Yes. It's far worse than that. Frequencies can liquefy organs. That was found out accidentally in an unrelated experiment It's a whole can of worms. On the other hand, frequencies can heal also. I just wanted to alert anons to the connection between Gates' position and what was publicly acknowledge tech & capabilities in 1998.

>you are talking about what is was in the pipeline, had HRC been elected.

No, sorry the article from the US Army War College was discussing then-current, publicly known (not classified) abilities. That was 1998, classified abilities are obviously far, far beyond that now, and that has nothing to do with HRC, but forward momentum in tech capabilities by mil + intel.

Quoting doesn't work either. Sorry, that's reality.

Well the capabilities have expanded over various means - long past the 25th frame effect, now subliminals are in layers in media (tv, commercials, movies). The ability to affect a mobile phone user doesn't need certain Rx to make them more susceptible , etc.

I would say that [they] are trying their best, but many of us, autists and others, are somehow more resistant. I would also say that much of the capability, or key aspects of it, have been withheld from [them], or misinformation on it given to them so their efforts are not working for them the way they envisioned and need.

There is a lot of good info out there from non-charlatans and idiots, it's a fascinating topic.
