Toxoplasma gondii (the cat lady disease) and Malaria are caused by parasites. But what are these organisms? They are all unicellular protozoans.

First, unicellular organisms are classed based on whether or not they have a cell nucleus. Bacteria do not, but Eukaryotes do. There are 4 types of Eukaryotes. Animal, plant, fungus and protists.

Protists are a catch-all category for things that are not one of the main 3 types. It includes Amoeba and it also includes the Apicomplexa, a large group of parasitic organisms. Here are some diseases and the group of Apicomplexa that causes it:

Babesiosis (Babesia)

Malaria (Plasmodium)

Cryptosporidiosis (Cryptosporidium parvum)

Cyclosporiasis (Cyclospora cayetanensis)

Cystoisosporiasis (Cystoisospora belli (formerly known as "Isospora Belli"))

Toxoplasmosis (Toxoplasma gondii)

We call them parasites because they invade host organisms, attack and destroy certain cells, and reproduce, often inside an invaded cell.

The image shows the 4 common types of Malaria and the life stages of the parasite inside a red blood cell that has been invaded. The gametocyte invades a cell and starts growing into a ring. Then the ring fattens (trophozoite), reproduces (schizont) and finally forms male and female gametocytes which leave the remains of the cell.

Being the same size as a blood cell, you can understand how these organisms can be transferred inside mosquitoes. They are single celled parasites, and so they can end up in the spaces between cells and anywhere in the body where fluids flow (i.e. glands or lymphatic system). Some members of Apicomplexa can also form spores which are shrivelled up cells of a size similar to the schizont granules.

If you want to dig on drugs, look for any that act upon Alveolates like Apicomplexa, or even Protists in general. Potentially, antibiotics and antivirals could both work, probably in different ways. For instance, dig on Toxoplasmosis and see what classes of drug work against that. The one-two punch of HCQ+AZ may be what is needed to deal with these Protists.

It does not treat parasites.

Parasites are a wide variety of multicellular and unicellular organisms that require a host organism for them to live. They cannot live on their own.

This medication is used to treat certain parasitic roundworm infections. Curing parasitic infections helps to improve your quality of life. In people with weakened defense (immune) systems, curing roundworm infections can reduce the risk of developing a severe or life-threatening infection. Ivermectin belongs to a class of drugs known as antihelmintics. It works by paralyzing and killing parasites.

β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”

Antihelmintics are WORM poisons. Worms are multicellular organisms, some of which can survive on their own like earthworms, and some like the roundworms in the photo, which are parasites.

When discussing drugs, you need to be specific. In addition, to truly analyze what a drug can do, you need to know the metabolic pathways that it acts upon, and the biochemistry of the disease in question.

==

Ivermectin oral tablet works by binding to parts inside the parasite. It eventually paralyzes and kills off the parasite, or it stops adult parasites from making larvae for a while. This treats your infection.

===

Since multicellular organisms use the same biochemistry as multicellular ones ( we are all related ), it is possible that Ivermectin also interferes with reproduction of protists. Needs more digging.

After completing this article, you should be able to: (1) recognize clinical presentations of the major protozoan and helminth infections in humans, (2) prescribe appropriate treatment for protozoan and helminth infections, and (3) recognize the adverse effects of antiparasitic therapies.

Antiparasitic Therapy

Abstract

Parasitic diseases affect more than 2 billion people globally and cause substantial morbidity and mortality, particularly among the world's poorest people. This overview focuses on the treatment of the major protozoan and helminth infections in humans. Recent developments in antiparasitic therapy include the expansion of artemisinin-based therapies for malaria, new drugs for soil-transmitted helminths and intestinal protozoa, expansion of the indications for antiparasitic drug treatment in patients with Chagas disease, and the use of combination therapy for leishmaniasis and human African trypanosomiasis.

That is exactly what I said. It is mainly a worm poison.

The devil is always in the details.

Don't waste time looking for proof of something. Instead, go to the original source documents and become an expert in the field. This is easier to do than most people realize.

You need to read to UNDERSTAND. When you reach the limits of understanding, it often means that you don't really know what a word means. So look it up and learn about that.

When you reach the point where you KNOW a little bit about a topic

and you also know THE LIMITS of your knowledge

You have become an expert.

That is when you have something to contrubute, and you will behave just like Fauci and Birx and other experts you have seen, choosing your words carefully and being careful to call out those who think you are a magical wizard with level 9 banishing powers. The world is filled with fools. We don't need any more of them

So, don't waste time being a fool. Become an expert in a few things. Once you realize how easy it actually is, you will become addicted and whole new worlds of the future open up to you.

In truth, we want as many Americans as possible to do this. The Great Awakening is when Americans say NO! to the dumbing down of America, and realize that they can be as smart and as inventive as the Russians. The few of us who followed Q's advice to Learn Russian have been shocked to learn how far ahead their educational system is.

Fortunately, while the storm swirls around POTUS, the Secretary of Education is quietly reforming that system.

Leukoencephalopathy may result from the inhalation, intravenous injection, or ingestion of substance abuse drugs. However, such occurrences are rare, sporadic, and often go undocumented. Leukoencephalopathy caused by inhalation of heroin[13], also known as "chasing the dragon" syndrome,[6] is one of the most studied of these rare occurrences and has even been recognized for over twenty five years.[3]

It is believed by some researchers that heroin-induced leukoencephalopathy may be caused by a contaminant, or β€œcutting agent,” in the heroin.[14] However, no such agent has been identified; and indeed, toxic leukoencephalopathy has been observed as a result of intoxication with contaminant-free opiates. Cases include a 65-year-old woman who had mistakenly been taking three times the dose of methadone that had been prescribed for pain management, and a young girl intoxicated with pure morphine sulphate tablets.[14]

Other drugs that have been associated with toxic leukoencephalopathy in much more rare occurrences include psychoactive drug 2C-E ("Europa"),[15] oxycodone,[16] cocaine,[8] and methadone.[9] The dose–response relationship for these substances remains unclear.

Go ahead, stay stupid

You will be one of the 4-6% who lives out their life cleaning toilets

Because you refused to wake up in The Great Awakening.

I even provided a review article that explained the whole situation with the very vague term "PARASITE"

Ivermectin will not kill bureaucrats

It will also not kill mistletoe, a common parasite of oak trees

But yu go ahead and keep believing in fairies and magic spells

The choice is yours

Cancer is a name for several hundred different disease caused by genetic mutations in human cells.

Drugs do not cure diseases, because diseases do not exits. Neither do cures.

Inside any organism is a complex soup of biochemistry pumped around by various organs. In the soup are chains of chemical reactions that we call metabolic pathways. When something goes wrong, often because of the presence or absence of a biochemical, we call that "disease". The drugs that are used to treat animals, are biochemicals. Sometimes they are just the missing biochemicals. Sometimes they inhibit a certain link in the chain. Or they may activate a link in the chain.

When the metabolic pathway functions better with the drug, we consider that drug to be a cure. In some cases, fixing one pathway, will lead to a knock-on fix in another, and the drug may no longer be needed. This is often the case where antagonistic micro-organisms are out of control and that causes the pathway to break.

Getting a microorganism in control, does not necessarily mean killing it off. Our bodies contain more cells that are non-human, usually unicellular organisms, than human cells. There is a complex ecosystem at play, above the level of biochemistry. When you take probiotics, you are playing at this layer. When you take Aspirin, you are playing at the level of biochemistry.

Magic bullets are only found in fairy tales.

Fairy tales are for children and mental deficients.

Are you ready to grow up, wake up and become an adult?

The world needs adults far more than it needs perpetual children

This head spinning is called PARALYSIS

It is a sign that the Mockingbird brainwashing is working.

When the lion approaches, a person who is determined to be a victim, stands there entranced. Their mind is spinning. The lion pounces, bites and gives thanks to God for his daily food.

But a man, a real man, a grown up human being, male or female, will run. Ducking under branches, around a small tree, and then climb up a large one. The adult will wait there staring down the lion, until it fades into the distance.

Remember that G20 summit by videoconference? It was so important they made it happen even though it was risky to meet in person.

The G20 represents about 85% of the world's economy and all 5 continents. I believe that it is being prepared to take over the International role that was once given to the UN. It won't happen all at once, but you can already see the crumbling happening at the UN, and the strengthening of relations between sovereign states directly, without an international bureaucracy placed in between them.

An interesting dig would be to learn how the EAEU works and whether they have any kind of bureaucracy like the EU has. Because if the EU crumbles, then the EAEU could simply expand to cover the Pacific to the Atlantic. If they stick to promoting peaceful cooperation between sovereign states, it could be a good thing.
