certainly, revelations in the bible is difficult to interpret.
my personal interpretation is: God Wins the War….but the battles which are fought, until such time, are often lost.
we see this every day here. there will be plenty more. satan has been given dominion here.
ultimately, God Wins. in the meantime, He works thru us and other means to win the hearts and minds of lost sinners.
