If all of the patients with Coronavirus suddenly recover via the use of hydroxychloroquine, then all of the bad guys with symptoms caused by Twoofy Sangs and iron overload get exposed.
They won't recover if the drug is prescribed, as the cause of their illness is different.
They have to attack the drug to remain hidden. Plausible?
