I'll add to this one something that works for me pretty well.
8 Tabs.
Tab 1, Catalog.
Tab 2, Index.
Tab 3, Start composing new thread
Open 5 new tabs of different breads. While they are loading, start your new thread's creation by hitting "New Thread" button. Keep going until you don't get an error (you can simply click the button over and over and it auto clears the pop up error in FireFox).
Once your thread is alive, start copy/pasting your dough in successive posts. Once you finally get to your dough post, close all the pending other tabs of other various breads that are likely still spinning like tops.
Bread's done.
