Not only have i observed it, i've been advocating it. Openly--even last Spring.

So anons know who is baking. Why not? Anonymity among participants is good for security. Baker id's preserve that (bc baker id's are not real names) while promoting accountability and the coordinating of bakes so that there is 24/7 board coverage. Which is the most important thing we do here: keeping the kitchen open for Q and Q-related work.

Bakers can control very little, espec as compared with BOs. And no baker pretends to be mil. No evidence was ever cited of bakers union taking over this board--just dark allegations, as always.
