kek, I didn't know POTUS wrote the Wisconson State Constitution which is the reason they did did change the primary date. Guess POTUS has been very busy.
And if people say the date should be changed because of the "Stay At Home" order, they should get the facts straight. POTUS only made a recommendation in conjunction with the CDC. It was the state governors who issued emergency orders for citizens to "Stay At Home: and forfeit their Constitutional rights for the duration.
Once or twice a month I got mail addressed to a clearly different hous number on our street, in addition to stuff addressed to a person who lived here over 12 years ago. It I get the wrong mail in a small town, wonder how often it happens in large cities with many apartment complexes and often streets with very similar names, in addition to moved residents.
