I would guess that Postal Service could get the job done, whatever that job might be, in rural areas, and I would guess that the Postal Service has underutilized capacity.

I'd also guess that USPS is not the bad guys.

I'd also think that if there is a way to stop delivering package for Amazon at a discount, and do something more useful, the USPS should do that.
