Oldfags have seen it all - the original "Baker's Union" created by fucking FUNGUS, to board changes, but you know what? I've never seen such support offered to anons who decide to bake, by bakers with experience. The Baker's Class is wonderful and really should say it ALL. If there was some exclusive club and was hell bent on excluding others, anons would not see the help offered, the support offered to those anons who step up to bake, mistakes, warts and all.
This would not happen if there was an organized attempt to maintain or enforce some sort of exclusivity.

I just wanted to chime in, not that my opinion is more important or valid than any other anon's opinion. I appreciate how you extend welcome and active assistance to all the 'lotsas:' all anons who want to learn, and also to the anons who are easygoing and take it all in stride.

I'm so proud of every anon who participates, whether as a specific task/function, digging, making memes, encouraging, analysis and dropping memes as well as our lurkers and those who spread what is learned here quietly. We don't always analyze correctly, we miss things in digs, sometimes the memes need tweaking, sometimes we're cantankerous assholes, but we're doing our best to fulfill the mission tasks Q+ has given.
If you consider a heartfelt post appreciating those who work on the team for our noble effort, then you have issues and maybe not the best motives.
I don't mind, though. Feel free to divisionfag away, you'll just be ignored and remain in a state of complete mission failure.
In fact, attacks on anons, attacks on the team only show how impotent our opponents really are, for you would not be here trying to divide anons if this board had no effect.
