Don't conceal a gun though. That's illegal.

And allow the "death panels" to be more discreet (in deciding who they choose to contact to receive organs.)
Of course, there will be a dearth of available organs as 'accidents' will have decreased.
I think that it is important for POTUS to assert that there will be stamping or tattooing, or chipping, or other mark in or on the body asserting vaccination.
