Sorry anons that I keep posting this but it has me bamboozled.

I changed the file from indexed colour to rgb and saved as jpgs.

It comes up with a couple of pages of google image search results and there is a satanic/mysterious flavour to most of them.

I also lightened it off to see what I could see and there are Persian looking rugs on the ground in what looks like a hut of some kind which also gives a degree of possible size of this thing.
