Chelsea Clinton has been yammering on about mosquitoes for a few years. Her mom chimes in sometimes. Mosquitoes need standing water. Last year I remember an article about mosquitoes being "released" in Florida for some stupid reason.

Strange because my spouse and I are always making sure there's no standing water on our property because the mosquitoes have been awful the last few years (CA).
