Pic 2 (again you? posted in LB). Is that the Supreme Court? It appears to be some kind of court room with a large panel of judges.
Had to get a better timestamp - 21:32:40 EDT - meaning date is still April 7, 2020.
[-3] likely means target 3 days from now which would put the target date 4-10-20 (April 10, 2020).
Enlarged the image quite a bit - orig was very low-res (probably on purpose).
