At night when the street is empty
Put up some big warning quarantine signs on your fence or gate.
Then, if people don't avoid the street outside your door the next day. open a window or sit on the balcony and have coughing fits. Inhale a bit of soda to set it off. Don't cover your mouth.
If the cops come tell them that you have a problem with inhaling soda that sets off a coughing fit. Say that somebody must have thought that was a virus. Tell them that not all medical conditions are contagious.
And be sure to point out that if the people CROWDING the area would just stay 6 feet apart, they would hardly notice the occasionally cough.
