W/ this in mind, look at POTUS' exchange w/ Acosta @ CV Presser last Friday:

POTUS' 'seige' is the countermove to [their] 'surge' (aka an election yr purge) which he is openly discussing with Acosta, who clearly knows how/where the real war is being waged @
the moment – in the cabal controlled hospital ER's & ICU's. This is the primary theater of war right now in the CV hot spots around the US.
Theory – it would seem that Q+, Q & the Patriot Alliance are placing both overt and COVERT armed forces medical workers into the cabal controlled NY/NJ/LA/MI/DC, etc (collectively "the hot spots") hospital systems to protect/monitor/rescue patients from [their] planned 'surge/purge'.
This would dovetail with the strategy of providing the Mercy, in NYC to take on large numbers of non-Covid 19 patients, in order to shelter/protect them from the murderous (i.e. sacrificial) acts going on in the cabal controlled hospital settings. Cuomo is trying to turn the tables now asking the Mercy to take on Covid-19 patients. I posit that in realty Cuomo will continue to block the transfer of both the Covid & non-Covid patients from cabal controlled hospitals to the Mercy because [they] want to keep all the ICU/vulnerable patients under their control for their planned [surge] (i.e. the election year 'purge' – pic related)
Evidence in support of the above theory is POTUS recent & frequent application of military language to the CV Crisis:
