As I was crunching numbers on the IMHE data I was surprised by Tennessee numbers. It was higher than all the surrounding states and didn't make sense since it such a sharp contrast to places like NY, CA or TX. Why would TN have such high numbers? The only thing I could think of the Oak Ridge Labs but I don't know why that would contribute to the higher numbers.
