Good question. Corinthians notes the risen Christ appearing to the 12, Paul seemingly not including himself. That somewhat implies it was after the Resurrection, after Judas saw Jesus return from the dead.

One of the gospels notes it was the sentencing of Jesus that kicked off Judas’ guilt that lead to suicide, but it doesn’t explicitly say the suicide itself happened before the crucifixion.

That’s really all the details we have, but my guess would be post resurrection? Just a guess. Paul could have been using “the twelve” to refer to the “elected” twelfth apostle. Probably not using it as a title for the apostles in general, because he does also say “the eleven” when relevant.

Anons with money should troll Cameo and get celebrities to say “Who is QAnon? Reporters need to ask the president about Q!” so we can make a compilation video go viral. We may have to force this one.
