In this video, Bill Gates says, "...our foundation and some other governments did work on some news vaccine platforms...". Go to the 3:03 mark and listen through the 3:09 mark.
That statement, a sound bite of a larger statement, may tell us how important he thinks his foundation is. He certainly throws money all over the world. Gives grants to governments (state, federal, US, foreign, local, national), corporations and NGOs. He gives a lot of money to "education" and "vaccines".
Does he think he is running the US and the world?
