Unit 731 in Japan was the beginning of mind control and other human experimentation.
During paperclip, we brought these experiments to US. Testing was done in Area 51 and as part of the Phoenix Experiments as well.
Soviets got some of the advanced "UFO" aircraft.
It was better for optics for this soviet crash to be covered up as an ET spacecraft, as people were asking questions about human experimentation.
Thus, began the original mass disinfo campaign.
A lot of these test subjects either believe they were abducted by aliens, or that they are aliens. Most of their memories were wiped.
I know people who are "enlightened" with seemingly psychic abilities and beautiful blue eyes that legit think they're aliens.
Weird stuff.
What we don't see are when the experiments go wrong.
