I am trying to figure out some logic here regarding the virus.

Hypothetical - If the cabal had this virus as some kind of backup plan, then my first question would be, what is the objective they are trying to obtain? If they are actually trying to create a pandemic, I think it would be safe to assume that the top tier rats are going to be immune to it or at least have a cure for themselves. Also, since things are getting pretty hot for them, I suspect that one of its goals maybe to use it on whatever loose ends they may have running around out there in the world. In other words, lower tier flunkies that are expendable and could put the top guys in jeopardy. We are dealing with global organized crime families after all. When the shit hits the fan they resort to tried and true tactics. How many witnesses over the decades have had, "unfortunate," accidents before they could take the stand?

I'm just trying to get the possible logical sequence of events or motives straight in my head.
