I was watching the press conference with Mayor de Blasio, and noticed that the NYC Health Commissioner, Dr. Oxiris Barbot, was wearing a scarf. Looking at past photographs of her, it appears that only recently has she been wearing them. Seems a little suspicious since Birx has been speculated as wearing scarfs to possibly send a message.
