I've been trying to wrap my head around this as well re: POTUS. I think POTUS almost has to go along with this for now, so the DS can expose themselves as frauds. If POTUS just held the line here, the only one who looks guilty or crazy is POTUS. But now, they're all in the spotlight, singing their own stupidity like birds for all to see. POTUS didn't shut down MI or any other state.
