That's how it is supposed to be, however
If you are a United States citizen, the government services corporation, aka United States, Inc. does not consider you one of We the People.
"Therefore, the U.S. citizens residing in one of the states of the union, are classified as property and franchises of the federal government as an "individual entity"", Wheeling Steel Corp. v. Fox, 298 U.S. 193, 80 L.Ed. 1143, 56 S.Ct. 773
Fanchises of the federal government are not people.
United States citizens really don't have many rights.
US vs. Valentine 288 F. Supp. 957:
"The only absolute and unqualified right of a United States citizen is to residence within the territorial boundaries of the United States."
So, who are We the People?
These are American state nationals, Virginians, Floridians, Texans, etc.
They are the true sovereigns, flesh and blood men and women born on the land and soil of one of the several states.
