Well, those 3, are all either in on the plan, or they take orders from those who are in on the plan.
This is where we get names like Rothschild and Soros and Gates. I don't think the Gov of Michigan is in on the plan, but there a plenty of D Govs who take orders from people who take orders from Soros and Rothschild. There's a hierarchy that we haven't really figured out. There's a plan, a script, and the D Govs and Fake News are playing whatever role it is they play, but they're not all just making independent decisions.
What is the Cabal plan? Not really 100% clear, but it includes things like "Destroy the US with a virus, collapse the economy with a virus that really shouldn't be destroying the country, but shutting everything down would. November 2020, election year, make the country trash so that Trump loses. Cabal is very very much in favor of vaccines, very much in favor of totalitarianism, very much against solutions that have been sitting there on the shelf for 60+ years, and are super cheap. Biden is the cabal candidate this year. None of the other candidates either had the necessary trust of the cabal or the charisma, so it was pretty easy to determine that Biden, despite his elder dementia, was the candidate.
When it comes down to it - so many of Qs questions can be answered by saying "this was a cabal move" over and over again.
Why did WHO make several strong recommendation NOT TO impose a travel ban?

those are all very similar parts of the same plan. And you see the same types of things happening over and over.
An apple a day keeps the doctor away. So does hydroxycholorquine. And neither requires one world government to solve the problem.
They created a crisis in order to try to get 1) Trump out 2) Vaccines in, with a microchip if they can get that and 3) closer to one world government.
What is actually happening is that the global medical cabal is showing how evil they are and how ridiculously shitty they are at doing their jobs, the jobs they're supposed to be doing, not the evil version of their jobs.
The solution to all of these viruses has been sitting on shelves for decades, and the global medical cabal gives zero shit about peoples health, and really just wants to kick people around and fuck them up. Off with their heads, they're evil. The FDA in the US is pure trash, and from what I'm seeing, so is the WHO.
