Need some feedback

A client/friend of mine said her hhusband, who's a small business owner, went to Suntrust (his bank) for help w/ a loan under the new program.

Says they knew nothing about how it worked; they didn't do those types of loans.

Then went to Citi of Chase, and they had only 1 person trained to handle these loans and was in the weeds.

Anyone have or heard similar accounts???

We all know Gov programs are challenged at best, but I hope this is not widespread.
