How long would it take to serve 189,000 sealed indictments? Are these even valid if a new President is elected? Holding on to them may be a big mistake. Even if you arrested 10,000 traffickers unless it ties to the US govt there will be no change. Nancy Regan declared war on drugs, yet the US military is the largest drug cabal in the world.
