Belenoff's office previous used the website glamiscalling.org extensively to distribute announcements to heads of state, military bases, law enforcement, supreme courts and other organizations and power structures answerable to the World Governing Council of Wettin. Messages posted to the site during 2019 appear to indicate the WGC has been in the process of implementing major technology upgrades.

We believe "Cathedral" currently uses the site less and is now using updated technology to broadcast their messages. Note that there is some activity on the Wettin twitter account, and those messages are very cryptic. As for the Glamis Calling site, some of the messages are cryptic and some are clear instructions. An example of clear communications is the message that appeared on January 3rd, 2019, wherein Miss Belenoff instructs Vice Admiral Lisa Franchetti, the commander of the US Sixth Fleet, to send the Destroyer USS Donald Cook to the Black Sea, with instructions to meet up with Turkish naval counterparts and then proceed to the Port of Odessa. In the same post, she instructs the Commander of the Russian Black Sea Fleet that he is allowed to observe but not to interfere with the US ship. Several weeks later US military new sources announced that the the USS Donald Cook was indeed moving through the Dardanelles Straits en route to the Black sea. For reference, it may be a good idea to go back to the page on Rise to Power to review the House of Wettin organization chart. You'll note the Military and Space Command office is the likely route Miss Belenoff would take in the event she wants to assume control over a part or all of a country's armed forces. On a side note, Vice Admiral Franchetti has at least a passing acquaintance with Miss Belenoff from their frequent encounters at Camp David and also Bohemian Grove.

Some of the messages on the glamiscalling blog site are written by Belenoff herself while others are drafted by her staff on the World Governing Council or the World Security Office. Miss Belenofff's chief of staff, Tiamet Marbani has stated that every message posted on the site must be personally reviewed and approved by Somerset Belenoff.

With an understanding of how Belenoff has organized the World Governing Council, browsing through the announcements on Glamis Calling can give one a creepy feeling.

In 2018 the bodies of 3 high profile banking magnates were found in Ventura County, All were delegates attached to the Wettin Lower Chamber and were from wealthy banking families. The three were allegedly aligned with a so-called rogue faction within the Lower Chamber opposed to Miss Belenoff's agenda. According to sources in Luxembourg, the murdered men are suspected of attempting to sabotage Miss Belenoff's private jet. In early February, 2018 Miss Belenoff was preparing to fly to her vacation home in Suriname when she noticed what she described as an abnormality in the pitch of her plane's engines as it idled on the runway. She immediately instructed her pilot to shut down the jet's engines and ordered a complete checkup on her Gulfstream G650ER. A thorough review of the luxury jet's mechanical systems revealed that had the plane taken off that day it would have likely exploded in mid-air. On February 22nd, detectives from the Investigative and Judicial Branch of the World Security Office, working under the direction of Callum McCoinneach issued an internal warrant for the arrest of Mikhail Abramovich Berezovsky, David Papaleo Graiver and Erik Jakob Wallenberg. On March 9th the three men were apprehended at JFK airport in New York and were fingerprinted, photographed and booked into the Metropolitan Detention Facility in Brooklyn. 4 days later, on March 13, 2018 officials at the detention facility announced that the three fugitives had been "inadvertently released," and their whereabouts unknown. On March 16th Interpol issued Red Notices (attached below) to its 190+ member countries requesting the arrest of Graiver, Berezovsky and Wallenberg. The fugitives were on the run for several months before meeting a violent end near the western tunnel entrance of the Santa Susana railway, near the Los Angeles and Ventura County line. It is likely the would-be assassins were killed on Miss Belenoff's orders.

The Evidence

According to official documentation from the Ventura County Sheriff's Department (attached below), postcards depicting photos of Glamis Castle, with references to Somerset Belenoff were found with the victims' clothing. The victims had been shot, stripped of their clothing and left on railroad tracks where they were struck by a westbound Metrolink commuter train. Police reports indicate in addition to being shot, Mr. Graiver was also hit in the head with a hatchet. Documents leaked by the Ventura Sheriff's Department were uploaded to the websites 4Chan and Scribd, presumably to provide proof to the Wettin Upper Chamber that the killings had been carried out. The reference to "the 115" is chilling when viewed in conjunction with the Ventura Sheriff's report which states that the Metrolink commuter train that struck the victims was number 115!

Appointment to World Governing Council

In October of 1979 Somerset Belenoff was appointed by Queen Elizabeth II to represent the House of Windsor, and by extension the United Kingdom, on the Wettin World Governing Council. At 26 years of age, she was the youngest delegate to sit on the Council, but she would soon become a an unstoppable force for change within that governing body.

Background

From 1947 until his assassination by the Irish Republican Army in August of 1979, Windsor was represented on the Wettin Council by Louis Mountbatten, 1st Earl of Burma. Lord Mountbatten was the uncle of Prince Phillip, Queen Elizabeth's husband and had been a trusted advisor to the royal family. His 32 year tenure on the Council is generally characterized as uneventful. Upon Mountbatten's death, Queen Elizabeth appointed Miss Belenoff to the Council and by letters patent bestowed upon her the title of Countess.

What is the Wettin World Governing Council and what is its role in world governance?

The House of Wettin dates from approximately 950 AD and is Europe's preeminent dynastic family. The ancestral home of the House of Wettin is in Germany, but due to the historical importance of the dynasty, its influence extends across the globe. All of the people that you've ever heard of in the context of "ruling elite," or "Illuminati" have ties to and are in fact governed by the Wettin World Governing Council. The Committee of 300, the Vatican, Windsors, Rothschilds, Hapsburgs, Bilderbergers, Rockefellers, Bushes, Vanderbilts, the Council on Foreign Relations, the Trilateral Commission and the United Nations, all send their delegates to the Wettin Council and are all ultimately controlled to a large degree by Wettin. Members of the Wettin dynasty have been kings and queens of many European countries. In 1840, Queen Victoria married Prince Albert of Saxe Coburg and Gotha, a prince of the House of Wettin, which meant that the House of Windsor was annexed by marriage to the House of Wettin. The children of Queen Victoria and Prince Albert never used the surname "Wettin" but it was in fact the official surname of the royal family.

During World War 1, due to anti-German sentiment at home, the royal family officially changed their surname to Windsor.

=Preparing for the Aftermath: China’s Airlines Try to Exit Crisis, Alitalia is Nationalized, Qantas Plans 21-Hour Direct Flights

On April 2, the Civil Aviation Authority of China (CAAC) held a press conference in Beijing to update the press about the aftermath of the Covid-19 lockdown. Internal air traffic more than doubled since the depth of the crisis but still operates at only 42% of the capacity it had before the crisis.

The main drivers of this recovery have so far been migrant workers returning from their home provinces to their jobs in big economic powerhouses like Shanghai and Shenzhen. As final restrictions on internal movements will be lifted on April 8, air traffic will begin to pick up at a faster phase, as more aircraft are pulled from storage as demand increases.

International passenger flights are at the present limited to 134 per week, mostly originating from four countries (US, Japan, Thailand and Laos). On top of this, special charters may be authorized by CAAC, like the twice a week Air China flights to connect the little army of Chinese healthcare specialists sent to assist Italy.

Very intriguing is how internal cargo flights have increased 18% compared to pre-epidemic weekly averages. The CAAC has been at the forefront of incentivizing using idled passenger aircraft to carry freight. For example, China Southern is using some of its Airbus A330 on regular freight flights to Europe; and Qatar Airways operates daily “cargo hold only” flights between Shanghai and Abu Dhabi.

Ironically, Boeing is well placed to take advantage of this situation: In December 2019, it inked a deal with the Guangzhou Aircraft Maintenance Engineering Co (GAMECO) to convert the 737-800 to a freighter configuration. Boeing and GAMECO already have 130 firm orders for conversions; and as air freighter traffic booms and larger stocks of used aircraft become available, these numbers are sure to increase a lot.

Chinese firms as a whole seem to be optimistic about a quick recovery of the travel industry worldwide: Alibaba, the hi-tech giant, has just announced investing an undisclosed sum in Israeli travel tech startup Hotelmize, while booking startup Klook opted to sink “under $10 million” into Huizhuche, a car rental platform whose original investors claimed was worth “hundreds of millions of dollars” back in 2016. Similar deals are being announced on a daily basis.

Is this merely a case of excessive optimism or are these companies astutely taking advantage of the fire sale that has just started? Only time will tell.

ICE Air flew home 113 US citizens and lawful permanent residents from Honduras April 6 amid COVID-19 outbreak

WASHINGTON – U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), working with the U.S. Department of State, brought home a total of 113 U.S. citizens and lawful permanent residents on the return leg of a removal flight via ICE Air Operations yesterday. U.S. citizens occupied the Space Available (“Space A”) seats on flights to the United States from Honduras.

ICE removed Honduran nationals with final orders of removal from the United States to their home country April 6. On the return flight to the United States, ICE facilitated the transportation of U.S. citizens in accordance with the OMB Circular A-126 and the DHS MD 0020.1.

Prior to boarding an ICE Air flight, detainees are screened for a temperature higher than 100.4 degrees or other symptoms. Detainees with symptoms are immediately referred to a medical provider for further evaluation and observation. ICE will continue to work with the State Department to facilitate the safe return of U.S. citizens on future removal flight returns from Guatemala, Honduras and El Salvador throughout the duration of the COVID-19 pandemic. These return operations have started to expand to other countries outside of the Northern Triangle, including Colombia and Nicaragua.

Prepare To Have Your Worldview Obliterated

The first draft of the civil rights-eroding USA PATRIOT Act was magically introduced one week after the 9/11 attacks. Legislators later admitted that they hadn’t even had time to read through the hundreds of pages of the history-shaping bill before passing it the next month, yet somehow its authors were able to gather all the necessary information and write the whole entire thing in a week.

This was because most of the work had already been done. CNET reported the following back in 2008:

“Months before the Oklahoma City bombing took place, [then-Senator Joe] Biden introduced another bill called the Omnibus Counterterrorism Act of 1995. It previewed the 2001 Patriot Act by allowing secret evidence to be used in prosecutions, expanding the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act and wiretap laws, creating a new federal crime of ‘terrorism’ that could be invoked based on political beliefs, permitting the U.S. military to be used in civilian law enforcement, and allowing permanent detention of non-U.S. citizens without judicial review. The Center for National Security Studies said the bill would erode ‘constitutional and statutory due process protections’ and would ‘authorize the Justice Department to pick and choose crimes to investigate and prosecute based on political beliefs and associations.’

Biden’s bill was never put to a vote, but after 9/11 then-Attorney General John Ashcroft reportedly credited his bill with the foundations of the USA PATRIOT Act.

“Civil libertarians were opposed to it,” Biden said in 2002 of his bill. “Right after 1994, and you can ask the attorney general this, because I got a call when he introduced the Patriot Act. He said, ‘Joe, I’m introducing the act basically as you wrote it in 1994.’”

I point this out because it is now more important than ever to be aware that power structures (and their goons like Biden) can and will seize on opportunities to roll out pre-existing authoritarian agendas. We know it happened after 9/11, and we may be absolutely certain that it is happening now.

Millions of Americans Using ‘Zoom,’ Which Sends Some Data to China

Video-conferencing app Zoom, which has surged in popularity amid the global CCP virus pandemic, is facing mounting privacy and security concerns after research reports and the CEO’s disclosure revealed its encryption keys were being transmitted to servers in China in some cases.

The backlash reached a crescendo recently with Taiwan’s recent banning of any government use of Zoom, citing security concerns. The April 7 measure marked the first time a government had imposed a formal action against the company.

In the United States, a similar picture is emerging. Experts told The Epoch Times that concerns related to Zoom’s alleged ties to the Chinese Communist Party are absolutely warranted.

Watchdog group Citizen Lab recently examined Zoom’s encryption during multiple test calls in North America, in which they found keys for encrypting and decrypting meetings were “transmitted to servers in Beijing.” The report stated that Zoom used “non-industry-standard cryptographic techniques with identifiable weaknesses.”

“An app with easily-identifiable limitations in cryptography, security issues, and offshore servers located in China [that] handle meeting keys, presents a clear target to reasonably well-resourced nation-state attackers, including the People’s Republic of China,” the authors wrote in their April 3 report.

The app has gained immense popularity in recent weeks as millions of Americans under lockdown are required to work from home. Headquartered in San Jose, California, Zoom reached more than 200 million daily users worldwide in March, a massive increase from the 10 million daily participants at the end of December.
