Starting Monday, April 6, we will be posting weekly Whole Health resources, including video sessions, that you can follow along with from your own home.
Sessions will pull from a variety of existing VA resources, and may include breathing exercises, stretching, meditation, fitness, yoga, tai chi, and more. We will also be highlighting various VA informational resources to support you and your families.
