It should definitely be illegal - anything close to cannibalism. Putting any human cells in food should be a crime. Any eating humans, any drinking blood, all of it.

It should be something that would be popular with a majority of US voters, and Trump often really cares about having voters like him. He could poll on it, see if the US voters want to make cannibalism.

Whatever it is, it should be something that Trump can do - make cannibalism - every form of it - completely illegal.
