Just an opine; but I have no doubt that's how these sick fucks intended to spread it - through the cruise ships. "Watch the Water". I mean it's too perfect, chuck a couple people on that you have pre-infected that can infect hundreds on there and then have them all be released in society with little security/scrutiny compared to air travel.
