it's obvious to me you can't react to every pandemic by locking down the world. we need better, amarter ways to react to what is a reoccuring scenario. BUT you would need to lockdown in a bioweapon situation. that's why this bothers me so much. people in charge overreacting to enhance their own power. this is an old, old play. make people afraid and then provide the solution
