Even if California blocked releasing the lists. The Treasury, FBI, DHS or Fed could get them.
It’s a perfect way to count illegal voters. And to corroborate 30 million+ nationwide in the census.
It’s a beautiful giant trap and the bait is too enticing for California to pass up on.
