>How do you hide the truth?

Media hides the truth on legislation passed by Congress.
When a new bill is passed and signed into law,
do you ever hear how the bill was introduced as something totally different,
only to completely changed by amendments?
Why is that important and of cncern if a bill passed?
Bills of revenue are to be introduced in the House.
If the proposed bill risks not passing, Congress violates the intent of the Constitution.
A revenue bill once in the Senate is amended to replace the text, approved and amended again to change the title.
The House then just votes to approve the amendments.
