Something is going on in Michigan & I need help digging

For the last few years I noticed that our small towns have been taken over, way more traffic, people, minorities, infrastructure changes, & eveey time something is built it seems like no one is told what is going in until it is already built, most of which happens to be new hotels & chain restaurants I found this site how the Dems plan to infratrate every county in Michigan to turn the state blue forever, It's called Project 83, I'm talking major voter fraud has been going on by moving ppl to our republican towns, but I can't find anymore information maybe others can help
