While before POTUS was saying "They want to make a deal", "They are losing money badly", both SA & Russia know that US is losing much more with her strong reliance on unconventional reservoirs.
Back then already I thought it's a weird way to make them stop pumping, as if Putin and Salman wouldn't know very well what it costs per barrel to extract using frac'ing.
