Because New Orleans, and pretty much any other black city, has a history of serious looting. During Katrina, there were literally dead bodies floating in the water and looters walking right by them while carrying stolen TVs. Low status people with no consideration for others.
I haven't seen any evidence of military ops either. But then again, the media will never report on it. They know the entire Obama administration were criminal traitors. Every one of them could get arrested right now and the media would act like nothing's happening. Only the alternative media and us will be able to spread the news when arrests happen.
Deep State doesn't have to really release anything. Their power through the media can make anything real.
