This is not what they want you to think.
I have a strong feeling this is a photo of some sort of clinical trial. People get recruited/paid to test drugs. They're wearing street clothes. It's got that assembly line feel to it. It doesn't have a high contagion feel to it.
I read an article a couple years ago about a guy who died during a clinical trial. He had a cytokine storm. There was a big lawsuit. If I remember correctly one of the other guys taking part in the trial described a room that very much looked like this photo. That's my 2 cents. Clinical trial photo.
