With regard to Q's question as to why the reboot on Huber, I think the answer lies in his unanimous confirmation in the Senate. Dems, never Trumpers, nobody can complain about Huber's appointment to this new role, or about possible favoritism for Trump. Huber was Obama's guy, and now the full Senates' guy, not Trump's guy.
