I could not believe that the United States has no way of preventing invasions of people from seeking asylum here.
One man on FOX tonight (??) Tucker(??) did say that asylum seekers must seek asylum from the first safe country they enter.
So I went to find the law.
Not a legal person but – seems to me that there are MANY MANY ways that the Dept of Homeland Security can regulate the entry into our country. Here are the links. Seems a simple task to set ANY rules necessary pertaining to persons entering the country, if you go by what is LAW vs what is department policy.
