I tried for ~30 minutes just to confirm handoff even before power flicker. I guess the board issues that were going on when I accepted handoff are here for day shift too.

Fortunately, I had just done notables @450 so I was able to roll a dough in 0.2 seconds. The only thing I would add, if you wouldn't mind, is the diggs into the meaning of Potter's Field.

I collected notables and posted them here >>8744953 but that was just so this baker could update the dough (same as your scrape of 11195)
I accepted handoff from graveyard baker, and the board IMMEDIATELY went into posting problems.
So when current baker announced he would take handoff from me pb, server timeouts after I did @450 notables meant that current Baker had to bake current bread before I was able to hand him dough with 11195&11196 notables in it.
Thread went relatively smoothly as far as research pb, it was just a buggy bread. Even CM mentioned on twitter having to work on it.
