I would totally agree WHO signaled Pelosi. I totally believe Nancy is talking in code. But she, on the 15th, is talking after the fact.
What is interesting in her body language to me is when she said “mark it” as her head lunged forward and the the pause before she got the words out. She totally was making sure she said it exactly how she wanted.
